Q: Where do I send artwork files for the site?
A: All artwork we don't have gratefully accepted here. PLEASE NOTE: I no longer accept contributions in any other file format than JPEG.
Q: Where can I send additions/corrections/suggestions for improvements to the site?
A: All correspondence goes here.
Q: Will you trade with me/Can you send me a copy of Some-Or-Other show, etcetera
A: No, sorry.
Q: Where can I get a copy of show XY?
A: We don't know. Try asking at fan communities, such as the Yahoo JB mailing list.
Q: Can you tell me where to find the artwork for show XY, dated this and that...
A: All the files are sorted chronologically, so if you know the date of the show, it should be easy. You can also use the handy new search function to search for titles and venues, etcetera.
Q: The images are printed at the wrong size! What am I doing wrong?
A: The images on the site are saved at a variety of resolutions and sizes. There's no telling what size they might print at. We recommend you use a program specifically designed for printing CD artwork (see below).
Q: What program should I use for printing the images?
A: Most CD burning applications come with a built-in cover editor of some sort, where you can insert and print images.
