Nero is a nice burning program with plenty of options to fiddle with. You can download a 30-day test version from www.ahead.de

First thing you have to do when you start Nero is create a new compilation. Select the Audio CD icon in the left sidebar and click New.

This is the main window in Nero. To the right is the file browser for your harddrive, on the left is where you place the tracks for the CD.

Now, find the tracks you extracted with EAC (1), and select them all (click the first track, hold down SHIFT and click the last track). now drag-and-drop them into the Compilation window (2).
Those of you who pay the slightest bit of attention will notice that the Pause column says 02:00. This means that there is now two seconds of silence between each and every track. This is oviously not a good thing (especially with live CDs), and must be corrected.

Select all the tracks except the first (hold down the left mouse button and drag a selection box over the track names). Right-click on them, and select Properties.

In the properties window you can set various parameters for the tracks. What we're most interested in is the Pause setting. Just replace the '2' with a '0' (zero), and click OK.

With that done, you can now start burning the CD. This is the Write CD dialog box. The arrows mark out the important bits:
Finalize CD - Make sure this box selected. Some CD players have problems playing
CD whcih aren't finalized.
Write Speed - This obviously depends on your CD recorder, but you should also
take care to check at which speeds the blank CD you have can be burned at. Burning
a 24x compatible CD-R at 40x can produce unpredictable results.
Write Method - This should always be Disc-At-One (DAO)
When you've set all the right knobs, click Write.

The CD is then burned (obviously). Don't fiddle with the computer while you're burning, or you'll produce coasters.

If anything goes wrong with the burning, Nero will tell you so.
If it just says "Burn process completed successfully", then congratulations! You've burned a flawless CD!
